still 7 folks watchin' this thread.....:D

The Berk specials lately have been astounding deals.

New here, beautiful knives unfortunetly always seem to be a day late or a dollar short :( Have went back over recent threads seems these specials come up every day or so, is this the norm? Hope my luck changes soon.

Welcome, Harper. The specials come up pretty often when Uncle Bill is feeling OK. Stick around.

Dang, the Seax is gone!

I see that it's a limited run deal and I can't buy one direct from HI.

Any idea when another will come available?

Thanks!

they've been poppin' outta here every other day or so lately....

Ohen, the seax is starting to show up more and more frequently during Uncle Bill's specials. They've been offered at least a half a dozen times in the last month or so. This probably has something to do with the "Kami Free for All" where Uncle Bill allowed the kamis to make whatever they wanted. I imagine we'll see a few more before its all said and done, but there are no promises. My advice to you is to just pounce on one with it shows up:) Kumar and Sher make them really well. I have a wood handled one made by Sher that I etched up with some acid so that it has a weathered, pitted look to it. Inspires the imagination to conjure up stories Norse warriors and grand Celtic battles. They're great knives that can be pressed into any kind of service. Keep your eyes peeled and your mouse trigger finger itchy:)

Jake,
Thanks very much for the info!

I'm training my mouse finger as we speak :D

Would like the wood handled version. However, the horn on my BAS has really grown on me.

Must have  seax!
