I have a story that I would like to share.
I ordered a knife about a month ago. It got held up at customs, and only arrived a couple days ago. I was a bit disappointed with the knife, and contacted Yangdu regarding my concerns. She responded very quickly, and put a replacement blade in the mail the next day. She was very classy, and extended a tremendous offer to make things right.
I've experienced the great customer service of HI before, but nothing like this. Yangdu made me shake my head in disbelief. It's a real shock to see people conduct their business with such honour and integrity.
Yangdu, I would like to extend to you my greatest thanks.
