Yet Another Satisfied Customer!
I sent three knives to EKI for standard overhaul work. The knives arrived at EKI on Monday and the reworked knives were sent back out of the shop today.

I'm going to send out a knife to them on Monday myself. Did you e-mail them prior to sending out the knives or did you call them first?

I called them first just to check on the proceedure. They told me where to send them, include a note on the work and a return address. That's it!
