You know, it's been a heck of a year for me and my new found addiction. I bought a Satin Jack few years back. I guess they had just come out. I didn't know much about Busse but they guy said it was an investment. I really balked at paying over $200 for a knife. Well it got put in a drawer and basically it was forgotten. Then one day I decided I needed a good knife. I'd just messed up another blade I'd been using so I wanted something better. I decided I'd check to see if Busse had a website cause I didn't want to use the one I had since I had been told that model was an investment. Well after lurking I decided I needed to get something but unfortunately Jerry had discontinued the line. Lucky for me I found on an INDY show was coming up. So I got me some Ergos. One of each actually. Boy that was a lot of money to drop at once. Little did I suspect what was to come. This has truely been the year of the Busse. Since May 28th I have managed to aquire quite a collection, most of them no longer in production. I thank the members of this forum for being enablers. 
So since May 28th of this year I have Oinked up an Assault Shaker, 3 quarter inch Satin Jacks, 3 Badger Attack-E, 6 Steel Heart-E, 6 Natural Outlaws, 2 Battle Mistress', 3 Tanker A's, 2 Custom Public Defenders, a Killer B, and my most recent aquisition a Groove Master. I may be missing something. This also doesn't count the 6 Rats I got. And to think my first post on the Busse forum was titled "Justification" where I asked how can one spend this much on a knife.
I'm glad I found these forums. (Busse's home forum and bladeforums and both the Rat forums) It's enabled me to talk to and deal with some really good people. I haven't had a bad experience on any of these forums. It's been a good 6 or 7 months. An expensive one but good never the less. I know I don't post as much as some here but I read the forums everyday. Great place to wind down after being at work all day. I'm glad this isn't like some of the other forums out there. I see a post now and then that reminds me of my first post. Someone trying to figure out how to justify buying such an expensive tool. Well they are worth it. Not to mention if you compare the prices to some of the others out there Busse is even with or even lower the other high end makers. All I have left to say is...
