Let me begin by saying that I have never really cared for the Gerber EZ-out line of knives. I just never liked the clip style blades they come with. I did however, just recently buy one of the yellow Gerber EZ-out's with the sheeps foot style serrated blades. I found mine for $29.00 at the local Lowes Hardware store. I must admit I am somewhat of a knife snob. I usually buy higher end knives, but I liked the yellow handles alot because I work outside at night quit often and it will be easy to find if dropped and well... I just like yellow. I did take a Dremel tool and turned the sheepsfoot tip into a very pointy wharncliff. The blade opening is also more fluid than some of my "high end" knives and the serrations are razor sharp. I was just curious if anyone else has discovered how utilitarian these are.
