This pivot is a four pin, on the Gentleman Jack. But a spanner should work.
And I already have those.

I got the bronze scales/tumbled blade...it wont arrived for a while, but I will post photo’s when it does, and come back with my thoughts.

Don’t feel bad, I bought a couple five or six years ago and told myself “never again” and now I find myself thinking about these slip joints. Looking forward to seeing your knife...it might push me over the edge. lol

The simple handle shape and the high hollow grind suckered me in. Lol.

There are plenty of good reasons why they're not for everyone, but I love the three I own. The Praetorian G was my gateway into jumbo knives and high-end production folders. Fit and finish on these is flawless.

The super chonky Medfords never really apealed to me, but I quite like this Praetorian Slim.

On the 2 hole and 6 hole pivot screws WITHOUT loktite on them, all you need is 2 wooden golf tees held together in the same hand. It works perfect and doesn't mar the pivot holes.

I’m pretty well versed in assembly/disassembly of all sorts of knives. Just wanted a “tool” for just in case.
