Jerry Busse posts a GO on one of the busse forums (usually this one) at that time you can send in your order (to 2 email addresses) then it is first come first served until they run out.
So if Jerry says he'll post between 9 and 12 pm east coast time and he posts GO GO GO on the forum at 10pm you send your email in listing which knifes that are offerred in the Ganzaaa that you want to buy. Like this I want 2 # 23 RMD variants and 1 # 24 MOABS.
You have to list your name address forum name and stuff also. If your email is received while they still have some available you get your order or as much of it as they still have. First received = first served.
Its really pretty simple. IMO, the ganzaa prices are better than ordering custom from the shop.
ADDED: There are a couple Ganzaaa related stickies at the top of the forum that explain all the rules.

I am new to this too, but I look at it as a way to allocate a limited quantity of highly desirable objects in as fair of manner as possible. Otherwise we would have to deal with very long waiting lists or prices raised high enough to ration demand.
-Jerry posts the list of knives and their prices that will be sold on the ganza.

Basically, very basically...the online Ganzas are a way for Busse fans to buy very awesome pieces from Busse directly. This Knoboganza followed their show and table offerings at Knob Creek (West Point, KY).
There are some one-of-a-kind or limited run offerings that you can try to purchase. You do this by following the steps posted. Sending a couple e-mails once a "GO button" is posted by Jerry (Name in Moderator Red w/ 8,000+posts).
Know what you want ahead of time by looking at the sneak peek thread that shows the Ganza offerings. Type up an e-mail, log into the Web site, refresh constantly till a real "GO" is posted, then fire off your e-mail containing your wants.
One of the lovely Busse ladies will send you an e-mail to let you know if you "scored" and how to proceed.
