Im getting a smoker this weekend. Just the brinkman charcoal based kind..but man...been wanting one for a minute!


Bring on teh smoked meats!

very nice
try different types off wood and such to change up the flavor, you can get some interesting results
 
I made one out of a trashcan. All the commercial smokers I could find around here would only hold one picnic pork I wanted to be able to cook three at time. Cost me about $60 for the parts and the can. Works great.
 
Alright dudes...on a serious note.... Smokin a turkey breast (har har) this weekend...

Hit me up w/ some good recs/tips on it.... this will be my trial run so i need to really impress my two-legged doe
