Got home from work yesterday and 2 boxes were waiting outside.......in the COLD....did I mention OUTSIDE. The Black on Black has been here for a spell already.

I need a mate for my lonely ORIGINAL Satin Jack.....one of the BEST all around blades EVER made!

Nice shiny spine on the new one....and a fatty. The Black on black measures in at .263 and the Sparkling Spine one is .276 at her fattest...I think she might be pregnant!!

Check the rough cut slabs on the older Satin Jack. I think it might be burlap micarta!!!!

I think I need a SJ, The BAIII handle is my favorite by far and it looks the same. Well I've been looking a little with no luck

The tube fasteners on the Jacks, are they brass? Or some other type of alloy? I do not recall seeing that color fastener on an unmodified Busse before, very nice indeed.
Hmm, now that I look at a few of my own knives, there does seem to be a bit of variance in the color...
