Nice DB. The only mark is the “3 1/4.” Any ideas?

Looks like a nice overlay bit. The placement is weird of the weight stamp. Idk man that’s a hard one. I have a 3 1/2 stamped western that I just hung. It is a great axe but no other marking on it either.
