Which kami used an upside-down exclamation point as his mark?

One of the old lists said it was "YB", but I'm hoping for an actual name. I don't think it's one of the current kamis, unless it's someone who used to use that mark but does not currently.

The mark looks like this --- ! -- but upside-down.

The newer one is a stick and a dot. I guess he simplified it with time? Hes one of my favorite Kamis. Excellent work on everything ive ever seen! Consider yourself lucky if you got anything made by him!
