About a month ago, I received a Knifemaker Membership as a gift and I am having issues updating my permission group. I understand WHERE to change it (Settings, left side, click permissions group.....) but I can't find any of this. I have asked a couple moderators who have been great and filled me in on some stuff. I noticed spark had been helping other guys out with the same issue recently and I decided to come here for help.
Here's what I know; About 4-5 weeks ago, The membership was purchased via paypal. We received a receipt for $75 following the transaction. I don't know if my username was given, (although I was asked what my username was so I assume it was provided). I have heard that there is an extra fee for using some form of paying method but I'm not sure what method that was and if it is relevant in this situation. The receipt number is 0109-9012-1213-0354
