Yet another testament to the amazing Spyderco CS.

So a while ago i was having big problems with my PE Spyderhawk. It came pretty sharp, but not that great and got completely dull in a day. Tried sharpening without success. So I sent it in to the spa and it came back about 3 weeks later (that's how long it usually takes for me) good and sharp, but with some bumps in the edge. Again, it got dull in about a day. Please bear in mind that I wasn't using it heavily at all. I had a good long discussion with Charlynn via email and she told me that they can test the hardness and see if it was on par. I requested that if it was the hardness that it be replaced with a SE spyderhawk. I got a voicemail today from Charlynn saying they will be sending me a SE Spyderhawk :thumbup: Good job again.

I haven't had to use spyderco CS much but in the rare occasion that I do, I get really good service. That's cool they sent you a new knife.
