Yojimbo 2 is here .... Finally

I put a pre order in on a yojimbo 2 way way back awhile ago..... and forgot about it, well just got an e-mail my pre-order is in so i'll be recieving my yojimbo 2 very shortly. They aren't in stock anywhere just filling pre orders, anybody else get this e-mail, im stoked been waiting on this knife forever..

Do you have the original Yojimbo?

If you do, please post a comparison between the 2 when you get it, thanks!
 
I found one in stock on blade HQ a few days ago and it's arriving today. Looks like an excellent EDC that probably won't make people freak since it looks kinda like a box cutter. Funniest thing is I wasn't even actively hunting one down. I accidentally stumbled upon it just browsing for the heck of it.... super stoked!
 
Just got the knife in my hand right now and it is sweet! A little bit unusual but it looks like a heck of a utility knife. I can also see why it is a "self-defense" knife; it looks MEAN as hell. :cool:

That's what I thought too but the guys at work who have seen it think it looks pretty mean. Might be selling mine to get something a bit more discrete. I don't want them thinking I'm Jack the Ripper! But it certainly is a nice EDC.

Haha I guess we posted at the same time. As I said in my recent post it actually does look mean and intimidating. The good thing about it is that it's a relatively small knife compared to say, a ZT0561 that I've been carrying. If I was at a post office or whatever I'd rather whip out the Yojimbo 2 than the ZT.
 
I don't have the original, I have a kershaw needs work and it cut's like a freakin lazer so i figured if a kershaw wharnie cuts like that then a spyderco one is gonna be awesome!!! It's in route will post pics compared to other knives when i get it.
