I am more and more attracted to the yojimbo 2
I may pick a standard s30v but something more funny would be cool

I have seen there were sprints in m4, 20cv and s90v

do you think others may be released in 2020?

It's a great platform for Sprint Runs. I would pick another up in a different steel / handle material like natural micarta.

I think this will be the year of the Yojumbo so not sure what sprints will be in the pipe besides that.

Never paid much attention to this model until recentely when I became interested in wharnie blades. I will pick up a sprint run of yojimbo. Heck I may just first pick up the s90v cf one.

I have owned 5 of this model over the years, and I think it is by far the best Yo2 sprint. The carbon fiber is attractive and provides excellent traction. Regrettably, I sold them all.

If you don’t have comfort with a compression lock, don’t buy a Yojimbo! That was my first comp lock knife and for literally a week I was uncomfortable handing it. I never cut myself with it, but expected to about 80 times.

The Delica wharncliffe is a tamer alternative with a smaller blade and more conventional design.

I gave away my yojimbo and now sort of regret it, especially now that the street price is so much more. :(

If another sprint comes out at a reasonable price I may have to pick up another.

This thread got me to break out my original user blue Yojimbo and my regular Yojimbo 2. It's been a while since I carried them. Man, these really are fine blades. Great designs with useful ergonomics. They are billed as designed with self defense in mind but mine have done years of EDC duty. They work fine for daily uses.
Bottom line, I'm stoked for a Yojimbo Sprint run now.

I have the two BHQ exclusives and the CF 20-CV Yojimbos. I would pick up another if the right one comes along.

Shame I missed the CF 20-CV Yojimbo. It looks extremely nice. I'll have to look around and see it I can snag one.
Unless there is news soon about another Yojimbo 2 Sprint Run dropping this year....

Yeah. This all blackout s30v one is pricey @$182. Maybe I am lacking knowledge of this model but why is it even more expensive than the sprint run DLC 20cv PM2, which is longer and has better steel?

The blacked out Yojimbo 2 is beautiful. I'm not usually a fan of coated blades but this thing is speaking to me.
