No not my knifemaking, But the end product of my labor at work everyday.
There is a show on Spike tv called DEA. It's an updated version of cops and takes place in Detroit. The show follows a half dozen DEA agents as they go on drug house raids and the like.
Here is where my work comes in. When the agents raid a house they run up to the door and usually there is a security storm door on the house. The first agent pops open the storm door with a Haligan tool.
I MAKE THOSE DOORS!
Now the vast majority of people who buy these doors are not drug dealers, just regular people who want to keep their homes secure in a crime ridden city. But Drug dealers buy them too.
And the company I work for isn't the only one who makes and sells these doors. There are about eight.
If you watch the show just consider one in every eight welded by me.
We also make porch railings, awning supports and window guards, and we sell and instal insulated steel entrance doors.
