Well finally it`s done!, This bad boy has given me some grief along the way, but I won the battle!

Thanks for the kind words guys!
Here are the specs:
-The blade is Forged from a 1" round bar of O-1 and is 10 1/8" and is diferentially heat treated thus the hardening line you see.
-The total length is 15 1/2"
-The guard and butt cap are blued mild steel
-The black spacers are Ebony
-The red white and blue spacers are poker chips
-The handle is Birch burl
-1/4" mosaic pin
-The coin is some kind of collectors coin dated 1907 supplied by the customer.
-The blade and butt cap are fileworked
-The groove in the guard was ground in before being bent
-The guard was forged from a 3/4 square mild steel bar
-The sheath is made and hand tooled by myself

Cool bowie Ron - that's a very bold guard, and I like it! The new owner is no doubt going to be one happy camper.
