Got my girl started out on the right path :)

She requested a pink knife and picked the pattern herself! She will be 4 in December:thumbup::thumbup::thumbup:

I hope she knows proper technique for blister packs.

While it's pretty much inevitable that a boy will cut himself with his first knife, several times, I wonder if the same rule actually applies to girls?

WHAT! At 3 and she's already got a knife! Seems like kids these days are getting spoiled, shotgunner kids getting rifles and yours getting a knife! I want to be a kid again!

I haven't gotten the edge on it yet. I am sure blood will flow at some point. She won't use it till maybe 7 to 10 or so.

Treating the little people in our lives brings us as much joy as it does them.

Good stuff Brian, I have a pink Izula on the way for my middle monkey. I also have been scouring local sources for some plastic to make up some for the oldest and youngest monkeys.

Love the sheath by the way, fancy shmancy.

super nice pic, I got 2 girls... Maddison is gonna b 2 in Nov. and Kaitlynn will be 5 in Nov.
Kaitlynn saw the pic of your daughter and looked at me like I was bad father. ( it was the "wheres my pink knife" look) :(

Ha ha ha. That made me laugh Kaitlynn! Do it again :)

Very nice,:thumbup: Your girl has REALLY GOOD TASTE! ;) Who needs a barbie with pink accessories when you can have a pink KNIFE with pink accessories?! Kudos!

Kids getting a knife that early

Cool beans  Make sure she knows proper knife technique.

For our 4 and 6 year old daughters we bought two victorinox folders in Swiss this summer. They immediately started to cut small twigs and helping me cutting potatoes for diner. After approx 5 minutes the youngest sliced a small piece of skin of her thumb, as I momentarily had to pay attention to a burning stove. She didn't even cry, but onky said something like: look daddy, blood! And started hacking away again ;)

Don't know if they're too young for knives, but they are having fun and I try to teach them the proper way to handle sharp tools.

Id sport a sexy pink blade like that anytime.
:D I was just thinking "...hey, that actually looks really cool" lol. Do you have any close up pictures of the knife & sheath blgoode? Lol, thanks for your time whatever the answer is.
