I was looking at the most beautiful protech godfathers i have seen in awhile and i started looking at them and seeing my own little design i could do with it. I have an idea for this one:

pt-909.jpg

Here is what i was thinking of doing to change this knife:

First, instead of Blue jazz handles, I want red jazz handles. keep the G10 inserts. Gold plate the Button. Gold plate the screws, put a Mother of Pearl oval inlay into the g10 inserts. Outline the MOP with gold lining. As for the blade, I want the Devin Thomas Stainless "fireball" Pattern Damascus. The back of the knife will be identicle to the front (with the exception of the button, ofcourse!) The pocket clip will be black anodized.

You want a drafted model of that knife? Why, the only reason I think of to having one is if you were going to produce it...and I have to think that would violate a couple copyrights out there.

And even then to produce either a 3d model or an isometric view of that you would have to have insanely accurate tools...not really worth the effort...and on top of that the changes you are talking about are merely cosmetic changes, you can do that all in Adobe PhotoShop or a similar program...CAD is definatly not the program you would want to do that in.

Ok, I see what he's talking about now...and no, CAD is still not the program you would want to use...

Yes it does appear that he is going to anodize the gold plated clip, should work out quite well.
