OK, you HOGS are very effective. My perspective on affordable knives is forever distorted; my savings account for toys will never be the same. I'll try to be brief.

I thought I would be satisfied with a visit to the Scrap Yard and my Yard has never been so well Guarded.

One night I was woken by some Howling and Chopping and I was led to the Swamp. Those Rats are in my cage now.

But the oinking in this forum is keeping me from sleeping! When I lay down at night, there is this creepy voice saying "INFI . . . INFI . . . INFI" (like a B-movie) and when I close my eyes I keep seeing this banner that says "BATAC LE w/ SS."

I think I need help. I simply cannot afford INFI right now and I need to console myself that my Rats and Dog are just fine for now. Some of you guys have tremendous collections; can somebody please post a pic of a HRLM next to a BATAC or SJTAC and maybe throw a Chopweiler in for good measure? Or, in your INFInite wisdom, show me some others in the 4" to 7" range.

All right, I know this is a bit silly, but it's Saturday morning and the cartoons my kids are watching are getting to me.

I can't stop drooling over the BATAC's and SJTAC's (I've realized the futility of lusting for a DABA or BAIII) and I would love to compare them to the knives I have already. Thanks for listening.

Work to afford yourself a piece of INFI.

The Anniversary SH1 on the Busse Combat site is an amazing bargain at $297.
 
Welcome aboard. Jerry must be increasing the amount of INFI crack dust he is sneaking into the stuff from the Yard and the Swamp these days. Come join us, the kool aid is sweet and refreshing. :D
 
Ah-ha! Another one! :D As PG says, the Kool-Aid is beckoning...go on, you know you want to! And I agree, get yourself an ASH1 before they're gone: great value and a magnificent piece of INFI! :thumbup:

crm, there is a simple solution to your quandary. You must sell those other knives and and buy a Busse. You can't be a piglet without one. OTOH, you don't need a large collection to be a Hog. Look at brother Tyrkon, a Hog of the highest order. He has but a few, and uses the Hell out of 'em!
 
Thank you gentlemen, this assures my insomnia.

OldPhysics, the custom ASH (I think) at the top is a great piece, that clip point just looks awesome. I usually prefer the drops but that one is sweet. The custom BATAC, the snake skin SJTAC, and of course the Ruck are fine sights as well.

Greg45, thanks for the comparisons, I was hoping to see an HRLM next to a BATAC. The family lines are clear and I can live with that for now. BTW, that is a fine collection of tan micarta you have.

I want this little family to grow so I'll just keep saving and waiting.
