You just don't see a lot of Stretch 2's

I've noticed you don't see a lot of Stretch 2's for sale in the forum. One of the only Spyderco's I don't have but want.
Must be a good one people don't want to give up.

I think the Stretch 2 is an underrated model. Along with the PM2 it is my favorite Spyderco design. And one version comes with K390 blade steel, which is very excellent stuff.

Well, there might not be a lot of Stretch 2's available here on the Exchange because not too many people here have purchased them or others who have purchased them so recently they aren't ready to give them up yet. Who knows?

But, FWIW, I just took a look at there are a lot of Stretch 2 & other variations available for sale direct from Spyderco & thru AMZN & EB. There are a probably lot of Spyderco online dealers who have Stetch 2's available too.

So, if you really want one, I don't see what's preventing you from buying one.

I'm a sucker for an FRN Spyderco. For a long time the Police 4 was my absolute favorite, that was until I got a Stretch 2 4. As much as I love all of my other Spyders, I think I would forsake them all for a Stretch if I had to choose just one folder (imagine the horror...).

Also, I bought mine off of the exchange and I'm pretty sure I saw one for sale earlier this week. They're definitely out there and worth every penny. Get one!

The Stretch 2 straight spine is one of my favorite Spyderco knives. I really like the Stretch 2 XL in cruwear too, but I sure wish they had made the slightly smaller Stretch 2 in G10 and Cruwear.

Maybe they will make the small Stretch 2 in a Crucarta version ... HINT HINT.

Wouldn't mind a standard Stretch 2 in gray G10/CruWear myself. The XL is too large for me to legally carry where I live.

Carried my Stretch 2 today as well. It’s one of my favorite folders. I really downsized over a year ago and I’m down to 7 folders total. The Stretch made the cut easily.

Great design.
Even my bastardized original that has seen far better days, but has the most comfortable handle out of all of them Imo. Plus zdp is great.

I also wish they would come out with a standard size cruwear and g10 stretch it’d sell!

I have 2-3 Stretch's. Had Boomer52 make me custom Foliage Green g10 scales for my Hap40 stretch. I also have the Hap40 FRN.
Amazing knife!
I didn't take too well to the Stretch 2 with the taller handle. It's just not as comfortable, as Chase_ck mentioned.

OG Stretch, for me!
