Hopefully some enterprising knife maker will step up and make me some kitchen knives.

Probably a santoku, a western style chef's knife and a paring knife all in a nice knife block.

That would be pretty cool.

The knife maker could use the money from selling those knives to pay for a fancy new TW90 knife grinder.

It just makes sense all the way around.

I wonder if anyone will do it?

Hmm... But that is a lot of knives that this Dan guy is asking for. I would never see the light of day and all the other knives that I have on order will sit in the back burner for a loooong time.

And you know that I like to make whatever inspires me at the moment. Not exactly the most efficient but knifemaking is suppose to be fun.

Come on Ban, you know it wouldn't take all that long if you do it production line style.

I'm thinking ~a month and you'll have a grinder and a bunch of laser cut blanks to show for your work. All that practice might even make you grind faster...
