Folks, don't let that look of John's fool ya. He is one of the nicest out there with a desire to learn and give back that is bigger than he is (and that is saying a lot).
 
He is also one funny mother to have a chat with... This is gonna be a banner year for John I predict! Keep your eye on him!

Magilla, I was there Sunday night and most of Monday. I dont suppose you are getting that humongous 14" blade that John wouldnt sell to me, are you?

I didnt see everything he had close to being done, I was too busy wandering around in a daze. I watched him forge out a big bowie blade, we ate lunch, we went out and hacked on some stuff with the 14" monster bowie, we ate some more food, we went back in the shop and checked out more knives and equipment, we ate more food. Big John likes to eat. Did I mention we ate a lot of food?
