You won't believe it....

Used One of my 7" Neito hunting Knives and small hammer to shave some wood off the side of a door so it would close better
Cut a cake with my CS spartan at a restaurant and had to clean the icing out the pivot.
Used my old sak to cut through a cable by hammering the blade through
Commonly use my leatherman knife to start pilot holes for screws

I cut down and processed a 15' tree this weekend with a knife. Granted it was a Becker BK9 but a knife nonetheless.

I once repelled a shark-man and pirate invasion armed with a BK9 and an Esee 6. The Becker obviously dealt with the shark-men more effectively but the Esee went through the pirates like butter. Do you believe it :p.

Setiously though, I unwrapped probably $1.5,000,000 the other day in $20's usin my JYD. That's about as crazy as I get.

I used a BK14 to pry open a friend's car door enough so we could hit the unlock button. She locked he keys in the car on a 110 degree day, and she had her new boss riding with her.

I built this:

With this:

Batonned big log for no reason...other than for firewood:

Cut the Christmas turkey with a Rodent Waki:

P.S.--I remember the time I pried open a steel gun cabinet with a crowbar and a Bowie knife, because I had lost the key while running. That's kind of wierd I guess.
Problem solved though: I no longer run.:D

cut weeds using cement blocks as a cutting board.
It was a Gerber Paraframe 1, but, its still pretty bad.

I hammered my SAK Trekker's big screw driver in to a door/striker plate area with my SL20 flashlight on a 911 call (was trying for minimal damage). It still works fine. Slow-as-usual firemen were just around the corner and ended up splintering the door with one of their toys.

Yes, the Gerber Paraframe is pretty bad.:D
I don't disagree with you. :)
I use it as my crap folder for stupid stuff. I don't mind digging with it or throwing, chopping, batoning etc. with it.
The fact that it is all metal makes me trust it more than stuff like Frost and Appalachian trail knives with plastic handles for dirty work.
I like to keep my better knives.....better. :D

I did the same thing with my BK2 :D

I've also used my BK2 to save a bonfire party by chopping up wet logs to make fire wood. The people who organized that thing weren't very bright.

I popped a trunk open with a Strider SMF in Iraq. Happily we didn't get blown up, we actually suspected hauling explosives, not suicide bombing. Turns out he was acting stupid because he had a bunch of... beer in the trunk. I'm not sure if he was nervous because beer is illegal, or he thought we would steal it. That's exactly what I want, 120* beer that's been stored in a trunk for who knows how long. Mmmmmmm
