There are so many neat knife patterns available, and so many combinations of blade(s,) handle material, frame shape, manufacturer, the name of the knife, which all play a part in our feelings for a certain specimen of the cutler's art. So, if you had to pick a single favorite knife, not necessarily the prettiest or the most rare, but the one that seems to gravitate to your pocket most, what would it be?

I've posted this one many times before. It is my favorite knife I own, and rides in my pocket every day of the year. I have many knives that I collect for various reasons, but this knife is the "one". I love the sowbelly pattern, I love the 3 large using blades each profiled differently, I love the feel of stag in my hand. My family has a history with Queen/Schatt & Morgan. Everything about it is great.

A month ago it would have been one of my first ever Barlows, this Anton Wingen with spear master.

Today (even though it is not with me, for once), I think I'd have to go with Mac, my trust 6375 with CV blades.

Buck 110 or 112 and a Large stockman (Buck 301 or 371) a canoe, and a scout/camp/utility are my EDC combination.
Once in a while I'll swap out the canoe for a Barlow, Moose or large Sunfish.

I have way too many EDC knives that get carried regularly, but not really a lot, because the rotation is too large. But this photo represents about 60-70% of my carries, either an alox SAK or large stockman, or both.

For me it's a toss up between these as my most carried knives so far this year. :)

I really love this Kabar and it has spent countless days in my pocket. This was taken right after I removed the copper patina so I could start over with a new patina which is always fun because it looks different everytime. These knives are an incredible value!

I don't have a single favorite. I have far too many knives to label one as such. I like these and carry the OD green canvass micarta with bail daily.

This Schrade Fire & Ice makes for a nice carry when not carrying the Bull Nose.

David-
Could you show the other side of your gunstock? I'd like to see how the nail nick turned out on the pen to cope. I'm a fan of QCC/Canal Street Gunstocks and would consider a mod like this based upon how the nail nick looks.
Thanks,
Josh

My most often carried traditional is my Buck 55. That might change once my CV Peanut and Little Jack come in tomorrow, though. :D
