What are your favorite bushcraft/woodsman youtube channels?

Mine are josephallen19, BushcraftOnfire, TheEnigman301, Alexander Yerks, Turley Knives, IA Woodsman and a few others.

Initially I tried to CATEGORIZE them into specific skill sets, but honestly in this "diversified" age (you gotta be a little of everything) there's a lot of cross-over that's happening between the fields of BUSHCRAFT/SURVIVAL/OUTDOOR SKILLS/SELF-RELIANCE/PREPPING/HUNTING/GEAR REVIEWS and TESTING and all the little things in between.

What I do appreciate are people who are true "educators", not necessarily "instructors" as there is a difference (anyone can "instruct" another. It's a totally different thing to bring out the BEST in people, which is what an educator is supposed to do) and who are organized and can communicate their thoughts well to the layman.

Blackoracle69

WildernessOutfitters/Dave Canterbury

Sargefaria (one of Canterbury's instructors)

Karamat Wilderness (Mors Kochanski's channel)

JungleCrafty (Malaysian jungle/tropical environment)

Colhane (similar to Junglecrafty's above, but South American region)

SkogKniv

KentuckyLake Prepper

Arizona Bushman

Analytical Survival

Steintanz

. . . and check out this plucky Austrian girl. I'm really impressed by her attitude and enthusiasm above all.

It used to be
"If talk is cheap, blame Ma Bell"

Now it is blame uTube.

It is very hard to find a well presented 5 minute video
Most folk just ramble on and on without a prepared script or strong outline

Mors Kochanski is a great ranconter, speaks, jokes, and teaches very well indeed, and I come away with clear information
On the other side is Dave Canterbury as interesting as he can be, ends up talking circles so you cannot follow where he has gone and what is the educational point
Mickel, who does the Emberlite, has some very good videos, with a beginning, middle, and end; where he clearly lays out his objective

Yeah I can't really get into youtube because I don't want to sit through a bunch of "ums" and it seems like people have never heard of a tripod. :D If you like youtube though you should check out virtuovice. He's pretty good.

Sure I like watching memes, and funny cat videos on YT. But there are some seriously great videos on there that can actually teach me something too, the guys below are some favorites. Some of these guys even hang around here too!

+1 for virtuovice, hes the only guy I actually watch in this category. He's Japanese but speaks extremely good english and his voice is freaking awesome imo.

Yeah his videos have a very laid back "Here are my thoughts..." approach. One of the vides I liked most was of him harvesting wild edibles. It was just a relaxing day in the woods.

Dave Canterbury is a very good teacher with a ton of videos on just about everything. equip to endure has some decent videos and interviews with guys like Ethan Becker which is cool. Besides Dave though I kind of flip through channels or different videos, some are good and others are boring or poorly presented. There are a lot of guys on this forum that have some good channels too that I'll flip through every now and again.

Another +1 for virtuovice

Introduced to this channel when searching up freehand sharpening and I love all his videos, especially the outdoor ones.

-Waldhandwerk. No ego, relaxing videos and wicked skills.

-Anything about Dick Proenneke is good to look up. Watch Alone in the Wilderness. It will change you forever!!!

-Bushcraftmyway

The three that I consistently watch are Karamat, iawoodsman and junglecrafty. Those three are actual teachers and it goes without saying that they know their stuff. I occasionally watch things that virtuovice does and Canterbury has some good stuff too. That said I don't have a lot of time to watch stuff.

Edit - I did watch the 'in the bush' Malcolm Douglas series. It is still my favorite.

Most have been mentioned already.
I would add blackoracle69 to the list.

It is funny, besides theirs I constantly watch your channel. I really like your approach. But junglecrafty takes point for me as his environment is the one most similar to mine.

There is also a guy from Brasil, Giuliano Toniolo, several of his videos are in Portuguese, but many time he also translates them to English. I like that he practice either in the jungle or the low mountains around it.

Best Regards
