What was your first impressions. Did the knife live up to the hype? Got my first CRK yesterday and was very impressed. But wasn't as sharp as I thought it would be. Wouldn't even pop a few hairs. Stopped it and it's wicked sharp now...http://cloud.tapatalk.com/s/582e024eaf2e5/20161117_141622.jpg?

This one.. I've had about 40 come and go since, so they are pretty snazzy in my opinion.

My first was a small regular that I bought directly from CRK in 2006. I bought it on the recommendation of my brother, and yes it lived up to the hype!!

My first was a small plain 21. Loved it. Exceeded all my expectations.

Mine was a lefty large regular , Spear and Grass... got it for weak side carry, and still have it... haven't slowed down since! Prefer Regs, but like 21's also,Um's. Still haven't warmed up to 25 or Inkosi's , but still open to them... A good Reg is just so smooth!

My first was a Mnandi with a Box Elder Burl inlay. Not quite 3 months later I have 17 Mnandi's, 5 Large Sebenzas. 5 Small Sebenzas, a Xaan and a Mountaineer I.
The sickness continues unabated.

My first was the Knife Art large 21 carbon fiber and it was a great, well made knife but I never really warmed up to it.
Sold that one and picked up a 25, an Umnumzaan, and another plain ti 21.
I really, really tried to fall in love with just one of them anyway but just never clicked with me.
Now occasionally I'll peek at a large Inkosi though. One day my tastes will change....

My first was an Umnumzaan. Didnt really use it enough to fully appreciate it and ended up trading it after two months. Still regret it, too.

I definitely have the bug now. First it was double edge razors , then straight razors. Guess I got a thing for sharps lol.....

^^^^This guy here is who gets 100% of the blame!

Small 21 Insingo because he forced me to buy one.
Best knife on the planet, just swapped it to a large and it hasn't left my pocket in a year....

My first and only (So far) is a small double lug micarta insingo. I tried not to listen to the hype when I was considering getting one. If fact, I looked for just as many negative reviews as positive ones as I could. What swayed me was pictures of people having the same knife for years and not having any problems and the fact that you could send it in and get it reblasted as new. To me, it has lived up to my expectations. I love being able to take it apart and not voiding a warranty. I love the feel of the titanium and micarta in my hand. I spend more time rubbing on it than actually using it. Here is the obligatory knife picture. Not the best pic, was taken just now at work.

Small Insingo 21 for me...amazing knife! Took a while to make the jump, but I am glad I did.

Small Insingo 21 and to be quite honest, I wasn't completely down away by it, but I could see the appeal.

But the more knives from other brands I owned, the more and more I loved my Sebenza.

To this day I carry my CRKs more than any other knife I own.

First CRK was a One Piece Shadow III.

First Sebenza was a Large Regular BG-42.

Still have both.

My first was a large 21 insingo (plain Jane). I didn't like it. Tried a 21 micarta - better, but not quite right. 3rd was a large 21 micarta insingo - finally, a keeper!
