Help me out people. Please
I need some input on the Piranaha Tactical Bodyguard.
Good ? Bad ? Indifferent? Money spent better on a ??
Piranaha quality an issue?
Thanks in advance, I know you folk'll talk it up in a heartbeat.

33 people have looked at your post so far with no feedback. I don't believe this knife is very well known on this forum. However, if you know about knife construction and materials you can make your own decision. I'll point out just a few to get you started. But I also need to add that my knowledge of knives is still quite small compared to many on this forum.

The knife is an automatic. This I'm sure you already know.
The blade is Crucible S30V. Doesn't get any better then that.
Handle is aluminum so it will be cold to the touch. However, it has a nice pattern so it looks like it will have a good grip.

It's not a knife that I would buy but not because of the quality. Auto's are illegal where I live and the spear point blade, while great for self defense, is not so great for other daily chores.

If it is a design you like, I believe the quality is there and I think that is what you were asking.

Regards

i looked these up, never heard of the brand before. quality and materials look good. fairly inexpensive for an auto, difficult to give a real opinion without handling. i have handled protechs which fall into about the same price range. they are very good quality and feel solid.

for around 125.00 doesnt seem like a bad experiment to me.
