Was thinking of semi custom deal. What i have sitting here is some 01 tool steel
3/16" thick x 2" wide x 9" long.. (bars that were already cut for a project that never happened) so to start I was thinking of taking 10 orders of blades.

What you get = your own design (needs to fit in those dimensions I posted...2" W x 9" L) blade only.

it will be ground to your markings, drilled where you want it, professionally heat treated using salt bath, sharpened, waxed and oiled. and your original design back.

Price will be $60 plus $5 shipping

What i need from you is... a detailed drawing preferably on poster board of your blade, all grind lines marked out and place where holes to be drilled marked. (their will have to be at least one for HT purposes) and a $15 deposit included with detailed drawing.

remaining balance due when project is finished, and of course if your not happy returns are always welcome. PM me for more info or details if needed.

Thanks for your drawings and orders guys, Like I've said the longest part of this ordeal is getting the HT done and done professionally right, I still need a couple to grind out, but would like to know if I can take a few weeks off from your orders. we just found our son %*&%% AWW i don't even know how to word it . we found him dead this afternoon, and just need to reflect on a few things, if this delay isn't ok just let me know and I'll get your $15 deposit right back to you, I just need a little time.

Holy crap....I'm so sorry. I can't believe you'd even work up the motivation to post on bladeforums, but thanks for letting your customers know...Wow.

Do you have any updates? Please take all the time you need, I was just pumped about seeing a blade I designed in real life. Cutting with it, using it, carrying it.
