Here's a chance to tell what you have made recently that's turned out really well.
For me it was last night's Paprika Pork chops.
In oven proof skillet, add a splash of water and disolve a chicken bullion cube.
Add a hearty sprinkle of deyhdrated onion flakes.
In skillet place prok chops and on the top of each: a "grind" of fresh pepper, a good sprinlke of both Paprika and italian seasonings.
Cook in 400F oven until golden brown.
I also fixed spanish rice to go with, a big hit.

Today lunch I made roast beef sandwich and au jus for dipping. I had left over juice so I crunched up 5 grain corn chips and made tortilla soup. Yum!
