Your thoughts on blade finish for my new Seb

I am ordering a new large Classic, plain with no handle graphics, and was going for the polished blade instead of the tumbled one. Is this a good or bad choice? I like a nice sparkle to a blade, but might wind up treating it too kindly than if it were tumbled. Any thoughts about this type of decision?

I like the polished blade. However, even it light use after some years it will have some scratches. You can send it in for refurb at that time.

I prefer the tumbled or "stonewashed" look so I don't have to ever give a thought to scratches.

Since it is going to be a plain - go with stonewashed.

I like the stone washed look..kind of goes with the sebbies all business good looks.
