It would appear safe to carry after reading all of my sources but I would ask local law enforcement anyway.

Knife laws are very vague.
 
Contact the District Attorney's office in the county of NH where you plan to visit in writing. Describe your knife and its blade length. If you include a photo, that would also be helpful. The DA and his/her Assistant DAs are lawyers. Police officers are not. Ultimately, it is the DA's office that examines each arrest for merit and decides which cases to prosecute.
