If you had to pick just one of the real Limited Edition ZT knives which one would it be?

Note: ZT 0392 is not out yet so it has been excluded from the poll.

i voted 0560cbcf based solely on looks, but a second and more practical choice for me would be the 0777m390

Such a tough choice. I voted the original 888 because it is stylistically the most beautiful so far, IMO. Although it's not a knife that I would carry for fear of scratching the knife. As users, I have the 801BRWCF, which is almost impossible to show wear on, and my 600 because it is amazing.

What did you vote for Ram? I know you hold the 777,888 and 0454 as the best of the best.

i guess he voted 0777... it was the only vote done when i saw the new thread

0777. The original Damascus blade. Good thing is that you can get a 0777 without the Damascus blade and it's still pretty amazing. That expensive milled CF, great flipper, light weight (subframe Ti frame lock like 0454) and great blades. I do carry a 0777-M390BLK often.

0454 is pretty close.

The original 0888 with the composite blade and intricate milling on the titanium is indeed a thing of beauty but impractical for me.

Had to go with the 0777. A pretty amazing design..!

..

I voted for the 0560CBCF. The regular 0560 was my first "high end" knife and was my regular EDC for a long time. I've always wanted the LE version but I've never but the bullet and picked one up. My runner up would be the composite 0777

I voted 0454 because while the 0777 series (particularly the composite blade model) looks cooler, IMO the 0454 carries better because it's narrower.

I got lucky and got the 0888 original # 020, I also have the 0454 and have handled the 0777.i voted for the 0888, it's one of the smoothest and hardest flipping knives I have ever handled. Fit, finish and quality is off the charts. 0454 is pretty close.

I say the 560CBCF. It follows the adage of if it ain't broke don't fix it. They didn't redesign the wheel, they just took an already great knife and gave it a sweet James Bond tux. The blade steel is excellent, arguably one of the best around right now, the scale is gorgeous, and the frame is cool. Even though it suffered from some detent issues, if you got a good one it is a spectacular knife.

I feel like the other LE knives are not very ZT like, going a little too dressy and a not utilitarian enough. I can understand they want to start changing their LE image, but it just feels wrong, like if Spyderco made a line of Opinel sleekness knives without a Spyderhole. It would feel wrong. I hope that isn't just incoherent rambling.

The 0562CBCF was the first one I obtained but I had two small issues with mine which were designed that way. One was the sticky lock which I solved with iterations of sharpie treatment. The other was the weak detent which when you compare it with all the other ZT Limited Editions you know what I mean. It just doesn't fly out using the flipper.

The "dressy" Limited Editions have plenty of muscle underneath their tuxedos. In fact, the toughest ZT I have is the 0600! Don't let the classy looks fool you.

Have a 0454; I somehow managed to snag one the night of the KAI release. Might have been the 3 alarms I set for myself lol.

My grail is a 0777. I have this unexplainable love for that knife from the moment I stumbled upon it at SHOT Show a few years back.

I asked one of the ZT employees at the show, and I was serious when I asked if I could buy the knife right there. He told me no of course. I haven't been so lucky as to have a shot at buying one, or the funds to buy one for that matter.
