A YouTube star that I used to watch all the time was named Angry Grandpa and I greatly enjoyed his videos. In his separate channel, he opens fan mail and receives a knife as one of them. Can anyone possibly identify this knife he received? I tried to get as good pics as I could with my phone (even though they are blurry) and he opened the knife with the trigger on the back of it, and it has a serrated blade it seems.

UPDATED: here’s a link to the video for a better view of the knife. Fast forward to 6:27.

from the last super blurry pic the logo looks like it might be an M-Tech. If it is I doubt anyone will know the exact model. M-Tech makes hundreds of different designs (and practically all are not worth the cost)

"knife with the trigger on the back"
is that automatic assault blade ??

It's not this knife but it reminds me of Gerber gator

Arathol nailed it.

A quick search I didn't see any serrated versions, but you can definitely get the non serrated version. That's right, for about $10 you can get that hand made in China, made out of only god knows what junk steel was used, shipped right to your door.

Problem is, it's not worth $10, and if someone I know and cared about gave me one for free, just because I like the person, out of respect for them, I would throw it in the bottom of one of my least used tool boxes... or I'd simply throw it in my scrap metal pile and get the cents per pound it's actually worth, maybe a penny and a half as scrap metal...

Some of you all are being real jerks to a brand new member... thats probably not a great way to introduce people to your hobby and this forum. How many of the people on this forum probably have junky movie prop knives like Rambo knives etc. just because they like the movie? Same situation here. The OP isnt coming on here and insulting all of you and your tastes in entertainment/knives, so why are we doing that the OP?

To the original poster, I have no clue what that knife is, sorry. There are plenty of flipper type knives out there that are similar though. Good luck with your search. :)

Nobody has insulted anybody, except maybe that drunk youtube guy....
The OP wanted to know what the knife was. He got his answer. Its a cheap gas station knife of dubious quality.

I don't see why anyone would watch that guy...

He's been here over a year, not a brand new member.
