I am a US citizen living in Australia. I have my knife purchases sent to my sisters house. Yesterday I got a package from her and my 1311 from Swamp Rat. What a red letter day!
Which one do I pick up first?
First impressions, SMOG, it a nice little knife. The rounded butt helps the short handle feel OK in my hand. It will be a good EDC.
RMD, better then I thought it would be. The handle is a little short for me. I bought it because so many people go on about the Ratmandu. I like it.
SJTAC, I think this is an underrated knife. Great value in the Busse line. Good long handle for a different adjustments on the grip. I like it a lot. Thanks Russ.
1311, Wow. Not much else to say. I am looking forward to using this beast. All my kids squealed when they saw this big black colossus.
Now the TGLB, I have never picked up a blade and immediately thought, I got to get another one of these. The balance is fantastic. The handle feels good in hand. It is kind of funny, the very first Busse I saw was via the Busse web site was the TGLB. I thought it was ugly. 6 mts later I have it in my hand and it might be my new best knife. I love this thing.
Guys I could not have done all this with out yalls input on this forum. Thank you and thank you Busse for your top notch work.

Still waiting for the ding for my 1311...!!!! :(

David....where in Aus are you based ???

What part of Brisvegas ?? My family are all from (and still around) Mt Gravatt and Mansfield.. :)

Next time you're in Bristown, we should all get together for beer and Busses. Yeah?
That sound great! Sharp knives and impaired judgement.....Wah HOoooo. "Hey y'all, watch this" last words of too many fellow hillbillies. Salud, David

Nope.....cause the accurate description of "SH@T" placed on the bottle was not considered good marketing... ;)

Now that's not right, when I was there my friends told me "Fosters was Australian for sh@t" and we drank XXXX
Wish I was back to retest those two again...:)
