I heard that diamond makes a very durable non-slip finish for a knife handle, but you can't fry an egg on it. :D
 
Could you use it to sharpen your other knives? (I'm looking for a little more incentive to buy one. :p )
 
I have one of those - it's a fantastic knife.

Although mine is red and doesn't have any sparkly things in it . . and it's not a 120th anniversary model . . but it has more tools, so that kinda makes up for it.

Whew, I thought that Loveless and Moran were out of my range. If my conversion is right, these run from $34,000 to $112,000. Definitely time to sell the house, cars and kids, just can’t live without one. :D
