After a good while without one of Yun's knives, the next is INCOMING! HELL YES.
I have to share!
Qi model, all ZDP189, no Spyder hole, CF carbon fiber with small linear grooves, ivory micarta bolster and CF and white G10 back spacer.
Nuff talk...

How sweet! I just sent Yun my deposit for my Mini Hard 2 S type small choil. I'm hoping to receive it within a couple months.

Congrats on the Qi!

This is another true perfection ! How long have you been waiting for this beauty ?
One year almost exactly!

Thanks! I had one of those too! You'll love it. I might stretch your expectations out a little bit though and say 4 months
A true work of art.
I'm planning on ordering the 4 inch blade Qi type S.
That is going to be a sweet fist full of steel!
Thanks Mike! very happy to work with you.:)
You're the man Yun, great work as always. I'm going to have to try that cutting trick when I get it

I will say too, anyone on the fence better get off! The waiting period is only going to get longer!

Nice knife. I love Yun's work. I have an order in for a Hard 1, S type in damasteel with hardwood and CF. I can't wait.

Received today! Damn and Yun shipped Monday! Thanks Yun!

Fits like a glove in hand - typical of his knives. His fit and finish has gone up a notch, the file work is very even and everything butts up together perfectly.

The knife compared to a Hard 2 drop point (trying to do a comparision via memory) is a bit lighter and slimmer, the stop pins are not quite as large either. All the specs are pretty equal on his site but the blade feels a bit slimmer and has a bit less heft due to having the swedge and height difference.

And sharp. Sharp on a who 'nother level, past RJ sharp (and RJ, I love and respect ya man!) and nearing kitchen cutlery sharp!

Great work as usual Yun, my wife is going to have to order her own at this rate!

Congrats ! Can´t wait for mine - but as long as I put an order just some 3 months ago, I´ll have to calm down a little bit...;)
