Hi everyone !
This chefs knife is a first one i finished this year. I made one very similar knife like this two years ago. Solo this time i choose mosaic damascus pattern

Blade - Mosaic damascus steel 1,2842 (O2) + 75ni8 Uddeholm (15N20) + edge and spine 1.2842 (O2)
Guard - mosaic damascus steel 1,2842 (O2) + 75ni8 Uddeholm (15N20) , 1.2842 (O2)
Handle - Black locust burl (robinia pseudoacacia)
Average length - 39 cm (approx- 15.3 inches) , blade - 25 cm (approx- 9.8 inches).
Blade width at widest point 55 mm (approx 2.15 inches) , blade thickness - distal taper 2,8 mm - 2,3 mm (0,110 -0,09 inch ).
