i just bought a Z T 0301. does anyone know how to properly oil and maintain the "assisted" springs and stuff? i kinda like sentry solutions products. thanks!

Don't worry about them. The only time any action is needed is if you get the pivot gritty (sand and such). In that case, call Kershaw and get new washers and torsion bar. Clean, replace washers, install new torsion bar, coat the bar cavity with white lithium grease and button her back up.

If it develops a rattle.... it will be coming from the torsion bar cavity. Just open her up, coat the cavity and bar with lithium grease and close it back up. The knife really shouldn't need lubed other than, maybe, the occasional drop of Remoil or Tuffglide on the pivot. The grease packing in the torsion bar cavity mostly serves to keep the bar from rattling when it is not compressed.
