Some time ago there was some hint/suggestion by Sal about Delica with the ZDP-189 steel at (up to) HRC 65, and no brittleness. Now, I have found that Fallkniven produces a small knife U2 (blade length 64 mm, Zytel handle) in SGPS (Super Gold Powder Steel) steel hardened to HRC 62.
Steel analysis for SGPS:
C - 1.40
Cr - 15.00
Mn - 0.40
Mo - 2.80
V - 2.00
Si - 0.50
P - 0.030
S - 0.030
Sounds like a typical powder steel, similar to S30V.
U2 blade is laminated, i. e. both sides are 420J2 steel.
I believe U2 is an interesting kind of small but excellent sharp cutter.
I could imagine Spyderco's Dragonfly, or Delica, or Calipso jr. or some other flat grind knife in ZDP-189 at HRC 65 to be even (maybe significantly) better cutter.

As an example, I would like the following EDC combo: Lil'T in S30V, and Dragonfly in ZDP-189.
