ZDP-189 Delica preorders?

Before moving to a Benchmade RitterGrip, a plain edge Delica was my EDC for over 10 years. Lost one (V1) to security in a Swiss airport, lost another (V2 or 3) somehow, and still have the third one, also a V3.

I'm really interested in getting the V4 Delica in ZDP-189, but not sure how to go about it. It's not available yet. Not sure if I can preorder it, or not, and if so, from whom.

What do you folks recommend?
 
Yeah, none of those places seem to be accepting preorders at the moment. Grah. What do you think my chances are of getting one once they're released?
