ZDP 189 Edge maintenance question

I'm looking at getting a Spyderco Stretch with 189 ZDP blade. Can I maintain the edge with the Sharpmaker med, fine and ultra fine? Not looking to reprofile just to maintain.

that should work fine.

Yup, should work fine AS LONG AS you are honing at an angle greater than the factory bevel. If you receive a Stretch that has an edge bevel of 31 degrees inclusive or greater (It has been known to happen since the edges are put on by people by hand) and you try to maintain it at 30 with ceramics, you will spend a lot of time trying to improve your edge!
