I just bought a ZDP Delica 4, and I am knocked out. I love the blue-grey scales, the screws in place of pins, and the grooved thumb ramp. Just A terrific knife.:)

I may be getting SE Delica or Endura in ZDP for my designated cardboard killer, now that they will be production pieces. I tried to get a ZDP Delica, in fact I signed up with an internet retailer months early, and he assured my I would get it at around $70. When they came in they went up on his website at MSRP and he said he never recieved the shipment when I called him on it. Oh well, now I just do business with New Graham, and I got my ZDP Jess Horn through them.

You can't go wrong with any of Spyderco's special edition of ZDP-189 blades. That steel is truly great blade steel IMO.

If you can still corral a ZDP-189 Burgundy Calypso Jr then I highly advise you to do so. It is the first one with ZDP-189 that Spyderco produced. It will be a highly sought after classic relatively soon.

Collectible and functional pretty much sums up the Spyderco ZDP-189 blades

I love my Jess Horn, but since I sharpened it flat to the stone it isn't the most collectible thing anymore. It does cut extremely well, though. It also holds an edge much better than VG-10 or S30V for me on basic cardboard shredding.
