ZDP Leek back and better

I returned my ZDP Leek to Kershaw customer service for better sharpening and got it back razor sharp. Took just a few days to fix and express it back to me. You can't ask for better service.
 
How long from their receipt, to your doorstep?

I just sent my ZDP Leek in, and am wondering what to expect.

I agree Mitch! Kershaw is the very definition of Customer Service! My ZDP Leek arrived back from the factory razor sharp only one week after they received it!

Not only does the Warranty dept. kick ass, but I happen to think that most Kershaw Ken Onion designs are the best on the market for the price!
 
They received mine on 9/14, and I'm still waiting on it.

Edited: Got a UPS attempted delivery notice today. That's probably my knife.
 
I think about a week from their receipt to my door. I'll need to check to see when they received it.
 
Mine was about 10 days door to door. Great customer services. And it came back razor sharp.
 
I'm thinking it took almost three weeks for mine to get back. They re-ground the edge (now off center)and it was duller than when I sent it in. About an hour with crock sticks and it now sort of shaves hair. This is my second Kershaw, other was a Nakamura which looked like a factory second, and which I unloaded at a loss, and I believe it will be my last. Back to Benchmades for me.
