Just curious - has there ever been talk about a ZDP PM2 sprint run? I love my ZDP blades!

Since the Japanese steels are only used in Japan produced Spydercos I'd wager not very likely. There are one or two exceptions, but they are VERY exceptional and not common practice.

A LW BRG ZDP PM2 would be PDC (pretty damn cool).

Not likely. Hitachi will ship us any steel they make except ZDP. They prefer that ZDP be heat treated in their trained and authorized heat treaters in Japan. We honor their position.
