A favourite pen of mine is the Zebra Pocket Pen.
You can see it here: www.zebrapen.com/products.cfm?prodid=47.

There is a matching pencil. www.zebrapen.com/products.cfm?prodid=48.

I have the set, pen and pencil. That's how they were sold the last time I needed a new Pocket Pen to replace my lost Pocket Pen. I paid CAN$ 10.40 (approx. US$ 7.00). Pen refills are around $1.00.

These are very nice pens and pencils. Four inches long, stainless steel, ~ 1/4" diameter. Small, sleek, elegant, high quality. I've seen the Fisher Bullet Pen, also around 4" long. It's a nice enough pen, but I prefer the Zebra Pocket Pen to the Fisher Bullet, price aside.

Thanks for the link. I've had Zebras around for years, nice cheap pens and the refills don't leak.

The only Zebra I ever had was a couple years back. It didn't write up to my standards.

I found a neat semi funky good writing "Optima" pen last night at Super Target. Uses the ratchet topped refills (Cross?). $2.99

Also find Sanford products to work VERY well.

Remember kids...

I'm CHEAP!!!

One thing I should have emphasized was that the Zebra Pocket Pen is rather small, at 4" long and 1/4" diameter. The small size is important to me for convenient carry. And, small as the Pocket Pen is, it's still comfortable to hold and write with.

There are many brands and models of good regular size pens to choose from, but not too many quality smaller pens in the 4-inch length range. Another good smaller pen is the Fisher Bullet. I don't have one but have tried one in the store.

Also, the Zebra Pocket Pen is of high quality manufacture, and kind of a bargain at it's price.
