Zeiss Miniquick - only $65!

That's one hell of a deal for anyone who's looking for a top notch small monocular.

This would be cool to have. How good are they? Will it see a target at 100yrd? Damn I cant believe that there is that much of a price difference in color.

I got mine for Christmas and then immediately caught a cold. That said, I've not been able to play with mine. I doubt, though, that it would allow you to inspect a target at 100 yds.

With my limited experience, I'd say that the Miniquick will allow you to see detail in something you can already see. If I can see that a distant sign has text on it but cannot read that text, the Miniquick allows me to do so.

It's only 5X but it also weighs less than an ounce.

It wouldnt have to be in detial. Just make the object more clear for spotting. But then why dont I just get some binock. Im an idot.

Even small binoculars are much more bulky then a small monocular.

The Zeiss models have the approximate bulk of a number 2 pencil so, as a result you are much more likely to have it with you when you need it. If bulk is not an issue, the weight doesn't bother you, and you can plan ahead so you have it when you need it, a good pair of Binoculars would serve you better.
