I make first sheaths in this month, the knifemakers are Zoltan Galambfalvi(4) and Sami Faur(1-last). I use 4-5 mm leather.

Those are great looking sheaths and knives. I really like the last one with the different tones of brown.

The last one handle is a stabilised hibrid(wood+colored fluo resin).

This product is maked all by me, the knife is first one maked this year, prezented in "Big Hunter" tread. So i make a leahter sheath, with 5 mm very hard leather, .

Very nice work. How are you keeping the rivets holding the belt loop down from scratching the knives.

How are you keeping the rivets holding the belt loop down from scratching the knives.

Inside the rivets head is more deeper than the leather surface.However, if the knife handle shape is in that way, i put a thin soft leather piece on the rivets, to protect the handles.
