I wish to mod my Natchez bowie to zero convex where the primary and secondary bevel are blended into a single gently convexed bevel with 15 deg at the very apex. Like a japanese katana's Hamaguri ba edge. possible to do it quickly with a Ken Onion worksharp? I dont want to put too much convex and round off the apex.

Mark the entire blade with black Sharpie and start high on the main primary bevel,,,, slowly approach the secondary apex bevel and you will be fine.

I would recommend the bga for what you are planning to do. You could remove the guide on the base unit and go about it that way but the bga will do it better imo
