Zero Tolerance 0300 with serial # XXXX, what gives?

The four x's mean that it is a factory second, purchased at the Kershaw Warehouse sale.

Yup, it's a cosmetic second. I have purchased several Kershaw blems now, (from Dave), and I highly recommend them if the price is right. They make great users, and most of the time you can't even tell what's wrong. (It's usually just a scratch or grind blemish.)
 
I received a factory second Ti JYDII and compared it to a LNIB Ti JYDII and the only thing I could notice was the frame lock was a little sticky at times, and a little bit of sand paper took care of that.
 
Can you purchase their factory seconds online or is a walk-in deal only? Thanks.
